Ask Xuan provides personal insight, traditional metaphysical references, and AI conversation experiences. Please read these terms before using the website, app, or related services.

1 · Acceptance

These Terms apply to the Ask Xuan website, iOS app, and related services provided by Exfinix Limited. By using Ask Xuan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Ask Xuan.

2 · Services

Ask Xuan may provide BaZi, Liuyao, Zi Wei, Qimen, daily timing, period reports, AI conversations, favorites, history, and related personal insight features. Available features may vary by version, region, device, subscription status, and product plan.

We try to keep Ask Xuan stable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error free on every device, operating system, or network.

We may suspend, change, replace, or discontinue features to maintain security, fix bugs, upgrade systems, or adjust our product plan. Service may be delayed, interrupted, fail to sync, or become temporarily unavailable due to network failures, third-party service outages, app store policy changes, regulatory requirements, security incidents, force majeure, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

3 · Entertainment and Self-Reflection

Ask Xuan readings, reports, reminders, conversations, and suggestions are based on traditional metaphysical systems, algorithms, AI generation, and editorial product design. They are for entertainment, learning, personal reference, and self-reflection only.

Ask Xuan does not provide medical, mental health, legal, investment, financial, career, safety, or other professional advice. For important decisions, consult qualified professionals and do not rely only on Ask Xuan.

Metaphysical and AI content can be uncertain, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4 · AI Conversation and Safety

Ask Xuan's AI conversation is not a human counselor, doctor, lawyer, investment advisor, or emergency service. AI may misunderstand you or generate confident-sounding but inaccurate content.

Do not enter highly sensitive, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or unauthorized information. If you face immediate danger, medical emergency, self-harm risk, or risk of harming others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You may not bypass safety limits, induce unlawful or harmful outputs, attack the service, scrape content at scale, or otherwise misuse AI features.

5 · Account and Birth Information

You may need an account or Apple sign-in to save data, sync records, restore purchases, or use membership features. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and activity under your account.

Birth date, birth time, birthplace, gender, time zone, and calendar information directly affect chart calculations and readings. You should provide accurate information; you are responsible for evaluating any result affected by incorrect information.

6 · Subscriptions, Trials, and App Store Purchases

Ask Xuan may offer free features, one-time purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, or other membership benefits. Before purchase, the paywall will show the price, billing period, trial, renewal rules, and core benefits.

Plus generally refers to a monthly subscription that includes unlimited Ask Xuan conversations, full I Ching / BaZi / Zi Wei readings, phase reports, and history review. Pro generally refers to an annual subscription that includes Plus benefits and adds Qimen Dunjia, annual and monthly cycles, the yearly almanac, and fuller chart-thread features. Specific benefits are governed by the in-app purchase page, purchase confirmation, and the actual offer shown in your region.

Digital content and subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, auto-renewable subscriptions generally continue and Apple charges the payment method on your Apple account.

You can cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings -> your name -> Subscriptions, or through the Apple subscription management page. Deleting your Ask Xuan account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or the relevant purchase platform according to their policies. We cannot directly approve Apple refunds, but we may help identify orders and support requests.

Membership benefits, one-time purchases, reports, question credits, or other digital content are generally virtual digital goods or online services. Once payment succeeds, the service is deemed to have started or been delivered. Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, paid fees are not automatically refundable because you did not use the service, deleted the app, forgot to cancel a subscription, deleted your account, or are subjectively dissatisfied.

We may adjust prices, trials, promotions, and membership benefits. Subscription price changes usually take effect after the current billing period under Apple or platform rules. Membership benefits are for the purchasing account only and may not be transferred, sold, rented, gifted, or merged with another account unless the product page or platform rules say otherwise.

7 · Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Ask Xuan from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services terms, unless a custom EULA applies in App Store Connect.

These Terms are between you and Exfinix Limited, not Apple. Exfinix Limited is responsible for Ask Xuan, its service content, maintenance and support, product claims, and user data handling.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of Apple-platform-related terms and may enforce them where applicable.

8 · Acceptable Use

You may not use Ask Xuan for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, harmful, rights-infringing, abusive, exploitative, threatening, self-harm-inducing, scam, malware, or similar conduct.

You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass access controls, create accounts in bulk, abuse offers, scrape data, resell the service, or use Ask Xuan to train competing models or build unauthorized commercial services.

9 · User Content

You retain rights to your original questions, notes, feedback, and other user content. To provide, maintain, and improve Ask Xuan, you allow us to process, store, copy, display, and generate related outputs as needed.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Content you publicly share may be saved, forwarded, or screenshotted by others.

10 · Intellectual Property

Ask Xuan's brand, interface, copy, design, content presentation, and product system belong to Exfinix Limited. You retain rights to your original questions and notes.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, adapt, sell, publicly display, remove notices from, or use Ask Xuan's name, logo, interface, or content system in a confusing way.

11 · Rights and Infringement Notices

If you believe an Ask Xuan account, content item, material, or public page infringes your intellectual property, likeness, reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights, contact us at admin@askxuan.top with enough information for us to locate and evaluate the issue.

A notice should usually include proof of the rights holder's identity or authorization, the location or screenshots of the complained-of content, a description of the rights you claim, specific reasons for the complaint, contact information, and a statement that your materials are true and accurate. We may request additional materials and may remove, restrict, or take other appropriate action within a reasonable period.

If your complaint or counter-notice contains false, misleading, or malicious information, you are responsible for the resulting liability and must compensate us or affected third parties for losses caused by it.

12 · Third-Party Services

Ask Xuan may rely on Apple, cloud services, AI model providers, analytics, crash reporting, payment, support, fonts, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

AI-related features may be provided through Ask Xuan's backend and third-party AI model providers. Data processing, possible international processing, provider-change notices, and user choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

13 · Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Xuan is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or completely accurate service, or any particular result from any reading.

We are not responsible for actions you take or do not take based on Ask Xuan content. You should evaluate the content yourself and seek professional advice for health, safety, legal, financial, career, relationship, or other important matters.

14 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Xuan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ask Xuan in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

15 · Indemnity

If your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, unlawful or infringing content, infringement of third-party rights, violation of applicable law, or account activity causes any third-party claim, regulatory inquiry, cost, loss, or liability, you agree to indemnify and protect Exfinix Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners to the extent permitted by law.

16 · Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, infringe rights, misuse the service, or if law requires us to act.

You may stop using Ask Xuan at any time and delete your account according to the account deletion page. Some provisions continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

17 · Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes related to Ask Xuan are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties should first try to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration under its rules then in effect. You may still seek help from competent consumer protection authorities where permitted by applicable law.

18 · Changes

We may update these Terms as Ask Xuan evolves. Material changes may be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Ask Xuan means you accept the updated Terms.
